All goods must be checked before signing, otherwise this can hinder replacements being issued in event of any damage.
In accordance with our REP (Eco Policy) we ensure that deliveries are made with as little impact on the environment as possible, with orders being combined, minimising the need for dedicated deliveries and reducing the carbon footprint.
The Returns Process
Please contact the sales office either by phone: 01280 840297 or e-mail: [email protected], prior to sending any goods back. This way we can ensure the order or item is eligible to be returned. Goods are required to be returned within 7 working days, on the basis of there being no fault to the goods or service provided. Please quote our invoice number and the date on which the goods were purchased with any goods returned whatever the reason.
Where goods correctly supplied are subsequently returned for credit, we regret that it may be necessary to implement a handling / re-stocking charge. This should be determined on the initial contact regarding the return. A credit note will only be issued provided the goods are undamaged and suitable for resale. Goods supplied to special order may not be returned unless expressly agreed in writing.
